Panchabuth Consumer Goods Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

Customers may return any product at the time of delivery or within 12 hours of receipt under the following conditions:

  1. The product does not meet expectations.
  2. The product was found damaged upon delivery.
  3. The product was received in an unhygienic condition.
  4. The product is deemed unusable or in poor condition.

Additionally, unopened or defective items may be returned within 12 hours of receipt, up to a limit of 20% of the order. However, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged by the customer due to misuse.
  • Incidental damage resulting from product malfunction.
  • Consumable items that have been used or installed.
  • Damage or defects not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the manufacturing box and any items initially included.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  1. The payment was made online or through a card transaction.
  2. The product is currently out of stock.
  3. The order is canceled prior to delivery.
  4. The customer identifies issues with the product (damaged, tampered, unhygienic, or unusable).

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our Customer Relationship Management team at 09617 514 514. The CRM team may offer a product replacement or an equivalent product; if neither option is acceptable, they will facilitate the refund process, which may take 5 to 6 working days.
