🛒 Panchabuth Delivery Policy (ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা)


At Panchabuth (পঞ্চভূত), we are committed to delivering the purity and essence of nature to your doorstep—fresh, safe, and on time. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer.

🚚 Delivery Coverage:

We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and selected rural areas across Bangladesh. Nationwide expansion is ongoing to ensure everyone can enjoy the five-element-inspired goodness of Panchabuth.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe:

Dhaka Metro 1 – 2 working days
Major Cities 2 – 3 working days
Rural Areas 3 – 5 working days

Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.

💳 Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Debit/Credit Cards (via secure gateway)

  • Bank Transfer (on request for bulk orders)

📦 Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

  • Free Delivery on orders above ৳2,000

Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation prior to dispatch or delivery failure due to our fault.

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • For urgent requests, please call our hotline: 09617 359 359 immediately.

📦 Delivery Attempt:

  • Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, a second attempt will be made the following day.

  • Failure to receive the order after two attempts will result in automatic cancellation.
