  • The packaging is tampered or unsealed upon arrival

❌ Non-Returnable Products:

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products without original packaging or seal

  • Perishable items (unless defective on arrival)

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

📅 Return Window:

  • You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Card/Bank) within 7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via mobile wallet or bank transfer.

  • In case of replacement, we will ship the new product at no additional cost.
